Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise. Singular terms include the plural and vice versa. References to "writing" include electronic communication where permitted.

Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the pd888 platform is conditional upon your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, together with the pd888 Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or conditions applicable to specific games, promotions, or services offered on the platform. These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and pd888.

Acceptance is deemed to occur at the earliest of: (a) clicking "I Agree" or any equivalent confirmation during the registration process; (b) depositing funds into a pd888 account; (c) placing a wager or launching any casino game on the platform; or (d) continuing to use the platform after any revision to these Terms has been published. If you are unwilling to accept these Terms in full, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To open and maintain a pd888 account and to place real-money wagers on the platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of pd888, nor are you a close family member of such a person, unless pd888 has provided prior written consent for account registration.
• Your use of the pd888 platform is for personal entertainment purposes only. Use of the platform for any commercial purpose, including as part of any affiliate marketing arrangement not formally approved by pd888, is prohibited.

pd888 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account at any time, including requesting government-issued photographic identification, proof of residential address, and verification of payment methods. Failure to provide requested documentation within the period specified by pd888 will result in temporary suspension of withdrawal facilities pending receipt of satisfactory documentation.

Account Registration & Security

Registration on pd888 requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile telephone number, and a valid email address. You undertake to promptly update any registration information that changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Upon successful registration, pd888 will associate your account with the mobile number and payment method used during onboarding. This association is used for identity verification, fraud prevention, and to ensure payment methods are in your own name — a requirement for all deposits and withdrawals on the platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account. pd888 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other service or platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings immediately after registration.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your pd888 account after every session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Contact pd888 support at [email protected] immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on pd888 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pd888 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer to accounts held at BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed from time to time at pd888's discretion; the current list of accepted methods is always displayed on the Deposit and Withdrawal pages within the platform.

The following payment terms apply to all pd888 accounts:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction via bKash or Nagad. Minimum deposit amounts for other methods are displayed on the relevant deposit page.
• Deposit processing time: bKash and Nagad deposits reflect in your pd888 balance within 30 seconds under normal network conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing time: Verified accounts receive withdrawal approvals within 30–90 minutes during BST business hours. First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours pending KYC review.
• Payment method matching: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. pd888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in BDT. pd888 does not apply currency conversion fees.
• Transaction limits: Daily and weekly deposit and withdrawal limits may apply based on your account verification tier and VIP status. Limits are displayed in your account dashboard.

pd888 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, irrespective of prior KYC status, where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Funds subject to an active investigation may be temporarily held pending resolution.

Bonuses & Promotions

pd888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotional offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions and take precedence over general bonus rules where there is a conflict.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all pd888 promotional offers unless the specific offer terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to your account balance as a separate bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the offer terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period stated in the specific offer terms. Any bonus balance and associated winnings not meeting wagering requirements before the expiry date will be removed from your account without notice or compensation.
• pd888 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a Player's eligibility for a bonus at any time where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any time unless the specific offer terms expressly state that it may be combined with other promotions.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Coordinating with other Players to exploit bonus structures — commonly known as "bonus abuse" — is a prohibited conduct and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on pd888 — including slots, live casino tables, RNG table games, and crash games — are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates under the specific rules defined by its provider and displayed within the game interface. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pd888 platform. Engaging in any of the acts listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with pd888.
• Opening or operating more than one pd888 account, whether under your own identity or using the identity of another person.
• Using or attempting to use another person's payment method, bank account, mobile wallet, or financial instrument to fund a pd888 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the platform in any manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other Players in any casino game or sports betting market to gain an unfair advantage, manipulate outcomes, or exploit promotional structures.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or otherwise tamper with any software, algorithm, or system component of the pd888 platform.
• Using the pd888 platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds of illegal origin or structuring transactions to circumvent reporting obligations.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud (initiating payment reversals after using deposited funds), identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pd888 support staff or other Players via any communication channel associated with the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pd888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or the cost of substitute services.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, pd888 accepts no liability for:

• Any failure, interruption, or delay in platform availability resulting from circumstances beyond pd888's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, power outages, network congestion, or third-party payment processor downtime.
• Any loss sustained as a result of a Player's reliance on inaccurate odds, game information, or promotional details where such inaccuracy is attributable to a technical error subsequently corrected by pd888.
• Any loss arising from a Player's failure to secure their account credentials, including losses resulting from unauthorised access by a third party.
• Gambling losses incurred in the ordinary course of platform use. All gambling carries inherent financial risk and pd888 does not guarantee any return on wagers placed.
• The conduct, practices, or content of any third-party game provider whose products are accessible through the pd888 platform.

Where pd888's liability cannot be fully excluded by applicable law, pd888's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Closure

A Player may close their pd888 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, pd888 will process any pending withdrawal of the account's remaining balance to the verified payment method on file, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no active investigation is pending. Account closure requests are typically processed within five business days.

pd888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy KYC or age verification requirements within the specified timeframe.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, or use of the account for money laundering.
• Receipt of a valid legal order or regulatory direction requiring account suspension or closure.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy). Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ৳50 per month after the initial 12-month inactivity period; this fee will not reduce the account balance below zero.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request, in which case the account is suspended immediately and remains closed for the minimum self-exclusion period specified by the Player.

Where an account is closed by pd888 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure — including deposited funds, bonus funds, and pending winnings — may be forfeited in full at pd888's absolute discretion, subject to the findings of any applicable investigation.

Amendments to These Terms

pd888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page at https://pd888.club/terms-conditions with an updated effective date displayed at the top of the document. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Where a proposed amendment materially affects your rights or obligations as a Player — for example, changes to withdrawal processing fees, wagering requirement calculation methodology, or self-exclusion procedures — pd888 will endeavour to provide not less than 14 days' advance notice by email to the address registered on your account prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the pd888 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and submit a closure request as described in Section 10 above.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and all disputes arising from or in connection with your use of the pd888 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. pd888 operates as an online entertainment platform and does not make representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing and using the pd888 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before doing so.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and pd888, the following resolution process applies:

• Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Contact pd888 customer support at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. pd888 will acknowledge your complaint within one business day and provide a substantive response within five business days of receipt.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the response provided in Step 1 does not resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter in writing to pd888's complaints handling team at the same email address, marked "Formal Complaint — Escalation". pd888 will issue a final position letter within 15 business days.
• Step 3 — Alternative Dispute Resolution: Where a dispute remains unresolved following Step 2, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
• Disputes regarding game outcomes will be resolved by reference to pd888's server logs, which constitute the definitive and binding record of all game transactions. In cases involving third-party game providers, pd888 will liaise with the relevant provider to obtain the applicable transaction records.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law. pd888 acknowledges that certain consumer protection provisions may apply regardless of any contractual limitation and does not seek to exclude such rights where they cannot lawfully be excluded.
